    Located nowhere near Lexi’s studio, I thought this would be the next best thing. However, I find myself pretty frustrated by the entire experience and product.

    You’ll be purchasing two PDF files. Volume 1 PDF links to three 5-minute videos hosted on the LTOFitness website. Volume 2 PDF links to four five-minute videos hosted on Vimeo. All videos use Lexi’s music (which I do enjoy). At the same time, all videos are 4-5 minutes in length. That means you get about 30 minutes of workout for the current price. It’s not just 30 minutes, though. It’s 4 minute segments of videos which means you have to do 4 minutes of workout, click back to a PDF, click back to a whole new video, and start over. This makes for a terrible and annoying break.

    Aside from that, there’s the “routines” themselves. There are no routines to be found. Volume 1 is just Lexi (and two women) walking you through 15 moves to the tune of Lexi’s music. Each one is done for 8/16 counts, but nothing is ever really turned into a routine or anything similar to what you’d see Lexi do in her videos. It’s literally just the instructors walking you through various twerk moves without much rhyme or reason. Even her back-up helpers are usually a count or two behind after Lexi calls out the change in moves. (To save my sanity, though, at least all of the movements are done to the beat.)

    Volume 2 is the exact same thing.

    You had best be familiar with how to twerk and move your lower body as well. Movements are not well-explained and there’s no “slow mo” explanation of how to do things either. Just words called out in the middle of no where, and you’re expected to be able to move your body in that manner.

    On the plus-side, the 4 minute spans are decent cardio, though. If you put your all into it, you’ll feel the cardio part of it and some definite burning in your quads, lower back, and glutes.
